Triple-layer
Our triple-layer structure allows us to better differentiate our weave design between the machine side and the paper side of the fabric. In addition, our triple-layer fabrics are designed with the same mesh number in the upper and the lower layer, which improves drainage. This fabric has less water carriage due to decreased internal void volume.

Triple-layer: plain weave for upper and 4/1 satin weave for lower layer
Triple-layer
Good sheet support and improved retention and wire mark. Delivers good drainage capability and ease of cleaning. The image to the left illustrates the different layers which compose our triple-layer fabric.

TT-520F - Triple-layer Design
Our thinnest triple-layer fabric with superior sheet support and improved retention. This design minimizes wire marks and problems with water-carry.

WSB Sakura Series
WSB SAKURA Series
W.S.B. (Warp Self Binding) triple-layer design. Delivers stable performance throughout the fabric's life.

FUJI/SAKURA Series
The latest generation of triple-layer fabric with WSB design. By increasing surface-yarn density, sheet support and retention are Improved while reducing wire marks. With little internal abrasion, FUJI/SAKURA series provides stable performance up to the last stage of fabric life.
